DIE MOULDED GRAPHITE RINGS

Pure Graphite Die Moulded rings are moulded with the Pure Expanded Mineral Flexible Graphite Tapes which are evenly wrapped and compressed under extreme pressure to form many profile rings and sizes of various densities using high precision steel moulds.

We provide a wide variety of mould dimensions to satisfy the needs of every applications.

Available in a range of densities from 1.25 g /cc to 1.8 g /cc with graphite content ranging from 99% to 99.85% Corrosion inhibitors and oxidation resistant grades and PTFE impregnated grades also supplied.

Application:

Withstands violent alteration of temperature and pressure. It is ideal packing for valve and static seal in almost all applications. Can be used as stand-alone packing or in combination with other packing rings

Rings can be fitted with a variety of metal caps to customer specification
